Paint the town red in this season’s hottest hue!
Psychologists tell us that this bold colour represents energy, danger, strength, power and determination as well as passion, desire, and love. But one thing for sure when added to your wardrobe it makes a statement, such a great colour to wear when you need to invoke confidence.
How to wear this stand out colour? Go head to toe, separates or just accessories, it’s your choice. But how to get creative with the colour itself? Many people shy away from red not because they aren’t confident but more because they aren’t sure how to wear it. Pair with black, it can look harsh and dated. With green a little Elf like! Much better combined with camel, grey, pale khaki, cream, navy, good old denim, and best of all leopard print! These colours compliment and make the red really pop. One of my favourite casual combo’s ever is a simple white T, favourite jeans and a red heel! For a work wardrobe, try a frilled white shirt, grey trousers and a red jacket. And what about the delicious combination of a camel coat and red trousers?
One things for sure, if you want to be seen wear red!
